Perfect World Entertainment and Gunfire Games have announced a Next Gen Upgrade is coming to Remnant: From the Ashes on May 13th!
We’re incredibly excited to announce that on Thursday, May 13, Remnant: From the Ashes will receive a free major upgrade patch that will add the option to run the game at 4K resolution at 30fps, or 1080p resolution at 60fps on both the PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X/S!
Now is the best time to jump into Remnant – a third-person survival action shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by monstrous creatures. This is the second free Next Gen Upgrade I have written about today. The game was recently a PS+ title for the month of March. We also have a review for the game way back before pre-Covid days.
This upgrade is a little more disappointing though in that it is either 4K at 30fps or 1080p at 60fps. Disappointing that it isn’t 4K at 60fps but something is better than nothing. Also, there is no word on any PS5 Dual Sense controller haptic feedback but we can hope!
