Announced during the most recent State of Play digital event, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection is a Turtles‘ fan come true.
Port kings Digital Eclipse are packing 13 Konami TMNT games into one package for $39.99, saving your hundreds of bucks plus all that time trying to find some of these games.
Today it was revealed that the game would also be receiving a collector’s edition that all of your super fans might want to add to your collection.
IF you believe the content below is worth $149.99, that is:
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection Limited Edition includes:
• Physical copy of the game with original box design by Kevin Eastman
• Cloth poster featuring Kevin Eastman’s adaptation of TMNT: Turtles in Time (16” by 24”)
• Multi-layer acrylic diorama of Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michaelangelo (4.5” by 5”)

• Full color artbook with 180 pages featuring a chapter dedicated to each of the 13 games in the compilation (5.5” by 8”)

I’ve been a fan of the series since the cartoon first arrived but man, I don’t know. This seems like a hit at the sweet spot of $99 yet they know the serious fans won’t question it at the current asking price.
The crazy part? It’s already selling out at major retailers such as Best Buy!
