Playstation Nation, we need to talk. The Brah went on a rant last year when it was made official that the PS5 wouldn’t have a web browser like the PS3 and PS4 did before it. The Pornhub Crown that PlayStation had won six years straight as the most used gaming console(s) for Pornhub traffic. It really ment something to this Brah, as it showed just how thirsty this nation of gamers can truly be.
You guys freakin’ did it. Despite not having a web browser on the PS5, PlayStation’s share of Pornhub traffic on gaming consoles actually GREW 16% from last year! Looks to me while y’all were beating games you found plenty of free time get hands-on with all kinds of uh, gaming devices. No hate over here! It’s yo’ thang, do what you want do, Brah.
Pornhub’s official statement in this ever elusive battle for the PornHub gaming console traffic crown:
Game consoles aren’t just for playing games, they can also be a handy way to play with yourself. (Think about that next time your friend hands you one of their game controllers for a little two-way action). Playstation’s share grew again by +17.6% to make up over 60% of console based visits. Xbox increased it’s share +6% to 36.8%, while PS Vita, Nintendo’s WiiU and 3DS shrank to just a fraction of Pornhub’s traffic from gaming devices.
Of course, it doesn’t hurt that there’s double the amount of PS4 and PS5 consoles in the wild, so the numbers will probably remain tilted in PlayStation’s favor for awhile. But hey! This is all fun and games.
