Sony threw this Star Wars fan for a galatic loop when they opened the PlayStation Showcase with the reveal of the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake.
Sure, it had been rumored for well, years, that the legendary RPG would be getting a remake at some point yet whole the hell thought we would see it at a PlayStation event when it has been long considered as an Xbox classic since it first released was a shocker.
One of most important aspects that made the game such a classic was the amazing cast of characters that you can befriend (or kill!) along your journey through the stars. One of them being Bastila shan, the epic Jedi Master who had such an important role in the game. She was voiced by the voice acting legend herself, Jennifer Hale, who returned to reprise the role in the reveal trailer!
I can confirm that that is Jennifer Hale. We all think the world of Jennifer. She is an amazing talent and immediately slipped back into the role of Bastila when she came to help us with the teaser trailer. I do think that you’re going to see some other familiar voices return, but that’s probably as deep as we’re gonna go on that one right now.
Fellow Star Wars Brahs, the Force is going to be strong with this Remake! Though it’s going to be quite some time before we hear about KOTOR Remake again, I would battle a wampa or two to see this game in action right now!
