God of War Ragnarok was made ‘official’ during the PlayStation Showcase, ending months of speculation as to what the next chapter in the God of War would be called.
Hermen Hulst, Head of PlayStation Studios, also made an interesting remark regarding the game. He is claiming that it will end the Norse storyline for Kratos and BOI. If true, then Sony diffently learned from the Greece storyline, which encapsulated 6 different games across three different PlayStation platforms.
There’s also another major change for Ragnarok: Cory Barlog is stepping aside to allow Eric Williams, who has helped work on every God of War game, to take over. Our boy Cory is taking the time to make his new project which Sony Santa Monica is hiring for. Skip to in the video below to meet Eric, who seems excited as can be to be at the helm for this finale of the Norse story.
Don’t let me keep you from watching the story trailer, which I’m sure you’ve already watched plenty of times, seeing as how late we are reporting on Ragnarok.
