We’ve covered several Resident Evil games over the past five years here at The PlayStation Brahs and none of them can compare to the amount of traffic that Resident Evil Village brought us.
So when Capcom announced this morning that they’ve shipped over 3 million copies worldwide in the past 4 days across all platforms, we weren’t surprised. Congrats to the Big C, even though Resident Evil 6 holds the crown of shipping 4.5 million in 2 days. Damn.
My first question is this: should the Horny Police be concerned? I’ve already seen what some of y’all have shared on your Twitter timelines thanks to REV‘s photo mode. Who knew that Lady D’s..eyeballs would be so veiny? I certainly didn’t. Can’t say the same for @jaythompson77. Bet he’s done plenty of research on the matter.
Then look at these GROWN MEN fighting over a Lady Dimitrescu action figure. For shame. How would their Mothers feel knowing their Sons were acting like this?!
In all seriousness, If you have yet to buy a copy of Resident Evil Village, doing so at Best Buy might get you a free SteelBook case, depending on the stock at your nearest location.
