Naughty Dog confirmed yesterday that The Last of Us Part II will be part of September 24th’s State of Play presentation, giving the PlayStation Nation our first look at the game since June 2018.
Today they’re back with another tease, this time of a hammer that has some history behind it along with the warning: “watch your backs”.
You might remember this hammer from the The Last of Us Part II trailer from Paris Games Week 2017. The older female character is rumored to be Ellie’s mother in what could potentially be flashback scenes. If the rumored February 2020 release is true it won’t be long before we know what the hell is going on.
Get ready! The Last of Us Part II is the main event of September 24th’s State of Play which begins at 4PM EST.
